SHIPPING
Once an order is placed please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout (Billing Address).  Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping Address. Addresses that do not comply, will not be processed. 

DOMESTIC
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Priority.

MISPLACED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received the packages.  In this case, you should contact UPS and file a lost or stolen package claim at 800-742-5877 .
